This cozy cabin sits way back toward the rear of the flat 6,000+ sq. ft. lo beneath the many 100 ft tall pine trees in the unique little community of Angelus Oaks just 12 miles from the conjunction of Mentone and Yucaipa. The cabin encompasses 864 sq. ft. of living space including a dining area, living room and kitchen. Upstairs is the on e or 2 bedrooms depending on how you use the space. There is an attached 97 sq. ft. utility shed just outside the side door and it sits on the extension of the wraparound wood deck which is the focus of the front view of the cabin. The grounds are maintenance free except for a little pine needle raking once a year. The ridiculously quiet town of Angelus Oaks is along Highway 38 up out of Redlands and Yucaipa, kind of the back way to Big Bear Lake. Both the town and the Highway are scenic in themselves but few flatlanders know where we are! Not a retirement community with most full time residents working down-the-hill. And we hardly even have a "crime rate". Folks here are "folks" not just neighbors. If you like to walk oe hike every day we. have miles and miles of trails.
