Terry Baner is a California Native. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Terry can offer so much insight into areas that may be new or unfamiliar to a buyer. Terry is licensed both as a California Realtor and a Mortgage Loan Officer. These credentials allow Terry’s clients to a single point of contact for all of their real estate transactions. Terry first started her career in Real Estate in 1983 managing both Residential and Commercial Real Estate for a Walnut Creek based Property Management Company. Through this success she landed a position with a Real Estate Investment Group in 1987 and was hired by them to manage their portfolio. In 1997 a decade later, the portfolio was sold and Terry taking her Real Estate Experience and contacts went in another direction. Terry entered the arena of contract acquisition working with large Real Estate Investment Companies and Property Management Companies to replace Security Deposits with Surety Bonds across the country. A must, Terry secured her Insurance License(s) both resident and non-resident serving customers all across the nation. In this capacity, Terry was able to recognize that her Real Estate knowledge could continue to work in the best interest of her clients. With the ability to help secure Business Lines of Credit, Refinance existing mortgage loans, working capital loans and offer sales and purchase expertise Terry secured her California Real Estate License in February of 2016. She has been serving her clients and their families continuously ever since. Terry places the interest of her clients first and foremost and has made clients for life her philosophy…. And frankly her clients feel the same way too!
